Job Description – Employee Master Data Team Lead

Job Title: Employee Master Data Team Lead
Location: Pune
Experience: 6–10 Years
Band: BPO 3/4
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Employee Master Data Team Lead to manage employee master data activities, ensure data accuracy, perform reconciliations, and support continuous improvement initiatives across SAP HCM and Employee Central.

Key Skills & Requirements

Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC) – mandatory
Proven Root Cause Analysis (RCA) experience – mandatory
Experience in Reconciliation and MIS reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Knowledge of Data Quality & Governance – preferred
Understanding of SOX and audit requirements
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

Perform and review Employee Master Data Management (MDM) transactions
Handle employee master data changes in SAP HCM & Employee Central
Perform reconciliations and resolve data discrepancies
Conduct RCA for recurring data issues
Prepare and publish MIS reports and dashboards
Ensure compliance with data governance, SOX and audit requirements
Support stakeholders and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Education

Graduate in any discipline

Certification

SAP HCM / SuccessFactors certification – Preferred

Eligibility

Ex-TCS employees are not eligible
PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
