Job Title: Team Member – Collections (Dutch)

Location: Gurgaon

Work Setup: 100% Work From Office (WFO)

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Up to 6 LPA)

Job Description

We are hiring Dutch-speaking Collections Executives with experience in international B2B/B2C collections. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Dutch and English and have experience managing collections, payment follow-ups, and customer account queries.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and outstanding payments.
Handle B2B/B2C collections through voice interactions.
Maintain customer accounts and update payment records.
Resolve payment-related queries from Accounts Payable teams.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Billing and Originations.
Perform payment applications and invoice reconciliation.
Handle disputes, credit rebills, invoice splitting, PO changes, and adjustments.
Prepare basic Excel reports and manage daily operational activities.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in International Voice Collections (B2B/B2C).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Willing to work 100% from the Gurgaon office.
Comfortable working 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Former and/or current TCS/Tata employees are not eligible.
PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are required to create an employee profile.
