Role: EDC Programmer

Band: BPO4

Experience: Relevant Clinical Data Management/EDC Programming experience

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Shift: General Shift

Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Develop eCRF screens using Veeva Studio.
Configure SDV/SDR, Safety, and Coding in Veeva CDMS.
Review study protocols and create eCRF specifications.
Program and validate edit checks, protocol deviation checks, and email checks.
Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.
Manage post go-live change requests and impact analysis.
Review and maintain study documents in the eTMF system.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and project requirements.
Collaborate with Data Managers and study teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory (Bachelor's degree in a Scientific/Technical discipline preferred).
Experience in Veeva Studio and Veeva CDMS is required.
Strong knowledge of eCRF design, database programming, validation, and Clinical Data Management.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates must currently be based in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, or Hyderabad. CVs from other locations will not be considered.
International BPO experience is mandatory. Candidates without international BPO experience will not be considered.
Former TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
