Role/Skill: Contract Lifecycle management analyst – Contract upload and maintenance
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Band: BPO 1/2
Salary: 6-7 LPA

ROLE
 The CLM Analyst is responsible for uploading executed
contracts into the CLM system and maintaining contract
data throughout the contract lifecycle.
 The role focuses on contract repository accuracy, metadata
updates, document version control, obligation/date
tracking, and user support, ensuring contracts are visible,
searchable, and compliant with governance requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Upload executed contracts, amendments, SOWs, NDAs,
and addendums into the CLM tool.
 Ensure correct contract type classification (e.g., MSA,
SOW, Amendment, NDA).
 Maintain a wellstructured contract repository with proper
naming conventions and document versions.
 Attach relevant supporting documents and artifacts to contract
records.
 Capture and update key contract metadata such as:
Contract title and ID
Parties and legal entities
Effective date, expiration date, and renewal terms
Contract value and currency (where applicable)
Contract status and ownership
 Maintain parent–child relationships between MSAs, SOWs,
and amendments in the CLM system.
 Perform periodic data quality checks on contract records.
 Configure and maintain key dates and milestones (renewal,
termination, notice periods).
 Support alerts and reminders for renewals and key
contractual obligations.
 Act as BAU support for contract upload, data updates, and
access queries.

 High attention to detail and data accuracy
 Ability to manage repetitive operational tasks consistently
 Clear communication with Legal, Procurement, and Business
stakeholders
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 Handson experience with Contract Lifecycle Management
(CLM) tools (e.g., Icertis, Ariba CLM, Coupa CLM, Sirion,
Agiloft, DocuSign CLM or similar)
 Strong understanding of contract structures (MSA, SOW,
Amendments, NDAs)
 Experience in contract upload, metadata maintenance, and
repository management
 Good working knowledge of MS Excel for trackers and
reconciliation
