JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you an experienced Finance & Accounting professional with excellent English communication skills? We are hiring Accounts Payable (AP) and Record to Report (RTR) English Language Specialists to join a leading global organization in Chennai. If you have hands-on ERP experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

1. AP (Accounts Payable) English Language Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices using 2-way and 3-way matching.
Post invoices and resolve exceptions including pricing, quantity, tax, and duplicate invoices.
Support payment proposals and payment processing.
Handle vendor and employee queries through email and ticketing systems.
Perform vendor reconciliations and GR/IR clean-up.
Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and internal controls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Finance.
3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end AP process.
Hands-on experience with SAP AP transactions.
Knowledge of AP controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

2. RTR (Record to Report) English Language Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Perform month-end and period-end closing activities.
Prepare and post journal entries.
Execute balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve open accounting items.
Support management reporting and variance analysis.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Maintain reconciliation and close documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Finance.
3–5 years of RTR/General Ledger experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and RTR processes.
Experience with journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
Hands-on experience with SAP FI (preferred).
Understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
