Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Finance & Accounting processes, ERP applications, and SAP Concur solutions. The role will involve understanding business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, supporting system configuration and integrations, resolving complex functional issues, and working closely with business users, finance teams, IT teams, and shared services stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Credit Card, along with a solid understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R, corporate card management, travel and expense processes, accounting concepts, compliance, and ERP integrations.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Concur Functional Consulting

Provide functional expertise and support for SAP Concur solutions.
Work hands-on with Concur Expense, Travel, and Credit Card processes.
Understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Support configuration, enhancements, integrations, testing, and issue resolution.

Finance & Accounting Processes

Demonstrate strong end-to-end knowledge of:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
Apply knowledge of accounting concepts, financial controls, cost objects, and compliance requirements.

Business Requirements & Solution Design

Work directly with business users, finance teams, IT teams, and shared services stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional requirements and system solutions.

SAP Concur Integration

Support integration of SAP Concur with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or other ERP systems.
Understand data flows and interfaces between Concur and ERP platforms.

Issue Management & Troubleshooting

Analyze functional and system issues and identify root causes.
Provide solutions to complex problems beyond the core SAP Concur module when required.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business users, finance teams, IT teams, and shared services stakeholders.
Act as a functional point of contact for SAP Concur-related queries.

Project & Delivery Support

Participate in SAP Concur implementations, global rollouts, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
Contribute to project planning, estimation, testing, and delivery activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

7–10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, ERP, or functional consulting.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP Concur functional experience.
Strong experience with:
- SAP Concur Expense
- SAP Concur Travel
- SAP Concur Credit Card
Strong understanding of Travel and Expense Management.
Strong understanding of corporate card processes.
Good knowledge of Finance & Accounting business processes.
End-to-end understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance & Accounting, such as B.Com or M.Com, is preferred.
CA Inter or equivalent finance qualification is preferred.
