Are you an USRN with Utilization Management experience who also has a background in training or teaching?

Eligibility

* Active USRN license — any U.S. state
* 1–2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience
* At least 1 year of training or teaching experience
* Academic teaching experience is welcome
* Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills
* Willing to work shifting schedules

What You’ll Do

* Deliver training and coaching to healthcare operations teams
* Apply clinical and UM expertise to learning programs
* Prepare learners for operational readiness
* Identify knowledge gaps and support performance improvement
* Collaborate with training and operations teams to improve learning outcomes
