Overview:

We are looking for a USRN Medical Coder to join our Healthcare team. This is a hybrid opportunity with a day shift schedule, ideal for USRNs with clinical and coding experience.

Role: USRN Medical Coder

Qualifications:

- Must have active USRN and PHRN licenses

- Must have active CPC / CCS Certificate

- At least 2 years of clinical bedside experience

- At least 1 to 2 years of Medical Coding experience

- Amenable to work on a hybrid setup and day shift schedule (9AM to 6PM)

- Amenable to work in Manila (MOA), Cebu, or Iloilo

- Can start on or before October 12, 2026

Salary and Benefits:

- Basic Salary: PHP 79,000

- Hybrid work setup

- Day shift schedule

Recruitment Process: Validation via Talkpush - Screening with CV Reviewer - Virtual Interview (schedule 9PM onwards) - Interviews with Operations team
