UK Collections Specialist | Onsite (Quezon City)

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City

Work Setup: 100% Onsite | Graveyard Shift (UK Time, Shifting Schedule)

Salary Package: Up to ₱31,000 salary package (negotiable based on previous pay)

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced UK Collections Specialists to join our team. The role involves handling collections for UK-based accounts, engaging with customers to resolve outstanding balances while maintaining compliance and professionalism. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a background in finance or collections who are looking to grow their career in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound collection calls for UK-based customers

Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances

Ensure compliance with UK collections regulations and company policies

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

Deliver excellent customer service while meeting collection targets

Qualifications:

At least High School / Senior High School Graduate

Minimum of 1 year experience in banking, finance, or credit card collections for UK clients

(e.g., motor/vehicle finance, asset finance, property or mortgage loans)

Strong negotiation and assertive communication skills

Knowledge of collections processes and handling international customers

Willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a graveyard/shifting schedule
