Key responsibilities.
- Conduct training needs assessment
- Planning and coordinating trainings.
- Develop training programs
- Facilitate and deliver trainings
- Record and document trainings done
- Collaborate with teams across departments for effective trainings
- Recommend improvement in training processes.
Qualifications :
- Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)
- Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.
- Microsoft product knowledge is required
- Should have experience supporting a BPO environment(Required)
- Minimum of 3-4 years in training or teaching-related tasks(Required)
- Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years of college experience(Required)
