Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Quality control and inspection
- Quality assurance and system inspection
- Root cause analysis and continous improvement
- Team supervision and training
- Reporting and documentation
- Compliance, safety and audit support
- Product release and certification
Qualifications :
- Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)
- Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.
- Microsoft product knowledge is required
- Should have experience supporting a BPO environment.
- At least 6 months of experience in QA or a related field, including team leader experience.
- Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years of college experience.
