Position: Customer Service Representative (Telco Account)
Qualifications:
High School, Senior High School, Vocational, or College Graduate
Excellent communication skills in English
With six months BPO experience
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Able to work onsite
What You'll Do:
• Assist customers with billing, account inquiries, service activation, and technical concerns.
• Deliver professional, accurate, and customer-focused solutions.
• Maintain high-quality customer interactions while meeting performance standards.
