We're Hiring: Talend Support Consultant / Developer

Location: Taguig City (Hybrid)

Work Schedule: Mid Shift

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talend Support Consultant / Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integration and ETL solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on expertise in Talend Data Integration, Talend Cloud, ETL/ELT development, and enterprise middleware technologies.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Talend integration solutions and ETL/ELT workflows.
Build and support enterprise data integration projects using Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation specifications.
Perform unit, integration, and performance testing.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Talend jobs, workflows, and integration services.
Provide production support, incident investigation, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with security standards and integration best practices.
Participate in integration architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud.
Proficiency in Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting technologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience supporting enterprise integration environments is highly preferred.
Willing to work on a hybrid setup in Taguig with a Mid Shift schedule.
