SPANISH BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
JOB HIGHLIGHTS
- Position: Spanish Bilingual Technical Support Representative (SPE)
- Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Schedule: Night Shift
- Start Date: ASAP
- Openings: 15 positions
- Language: Spanish + English
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed at least 2 years of college with no back subjects.
- At least 6 months of BPO Technical Support / TSR experience.
- Previous Technical Support Representative (TSR) experience is required.
- Proficient in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Open to non-native Spanish speakers / Filipino candidates.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers.
- Handle technical concerns professionally through appropriate support channels.
- Diagnose issues and provide accurate, step-by-step solutions.
- Communicate effectively with Spanish- and English-speaking customers.
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately.
- Escalate complex technical concerns when necessary.
- Maintain excellent customer experience while meeting established performance and quality standards.
