Senior Social Media Strategist (Assistant Manager Level – Individual Contributor)
Location: EDSA Greenfield / Work from Home
Shift: Night Shift

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist to lead high-impact initiatives in social selling, thought leadership, and executive personal branding for senior leaders in a global professional services (BPO) environment.
You’ll drive engagement with enterprise and upper mid-market decision-makers—think CFOs, CIOs, CHROs, and customer experience heads—through powerful, data-driven social media strategies that elevate brand credibility and business growth.

What You’ll Do
Social Selling & Executive Thought Leadership
* Build and execute social selling strategies that foster genuine B2B relationships.
* Craft thought leadership content that resonates with senior enterprise decision-makers.
* Coach executives on engagement best practices and community building.
Personal Brand Development
* Define and shape personal brand narratives for senior executives.
* Maintain a consistent, high-quality stream of LinkedIn content—posts, articles, and multimedia.
* Ensure every piece of content aligns with leadership tone, expertise, and organizational values.
Content Creation & Curation
* Write, edit, and optimize organic and paid social content (posts, videos, infographics).
* Curate relevant industry insights to enhance credibility and engagement.
* Monitor interactions and recommend engagement tactics for ongoing relationship building.
Audience Engagement & Growth
* Identify and engage with B2B decision-makers and influencers on LinkedIn.
* Use analytics to refine targeting, improve engagement, and measure ROI.
Platform Management & Optimization
* Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and algorithms.
* Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and optimize social selling campaigns.
* Leverage analytics tools for continuous performance improvement.
Collaboration & Training
* Partner with marketing, communications, and sales teams for aligned messaging.
* Train and guide leaders on effective social media habits and storytelling.
* Act as a trusted advisor for executive content strategy and engagement growth.

What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience:
* At least 7 years in social media strategy, PR, or corporate communications.
* Proven experience with the U.S. market and B2B social strategies.
* Strong understanding of the U.S. media and digital landscape.
* Prior exposure to professional services, tech, or BPO industries is a plus.
* Hands-on expertise in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, Cision, or Meltwater.
* Skilled in writing, visual storytelling, and basic video editing.
