Job Summary: As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will assess existing solutions and infrastructure for migration to the cloud, planning and implementing scalable, high-performance application and data migrations using private and public cloud technologies to support next-generation business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop migration strategies, execute migration activities, monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-migration support and optimization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
- Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
- Provide solutions to work-related problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful cloud migrations
- Develop migration strategies and plans for applications and data
- Implement and execute migration activities within project timelines
- Monitor and troubleshoot migration processes
- Deliver post-migration support and optimization
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Expert proficiency in SAP Basis Administration (minimum 2 years required)
- Strong understanding of cloud migration principles and best practices
- Hands-on experience in implementing cloud migration projects
- Knowledge of private and public cloud technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration
- Stable employment history (no frequent job changes with less than 1 year per role)
- Position based onsite in Cebu City
