About the Role

Are you passionate about cybersecurity, threat detection, and security automation? We are looking for an experienced Security Engineer – SIEM/SOC to design, implement, and optimize enterprise security monitoring and automated incident response solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading SIEM and SOAR technologies while collaborating with Security Operations Center (SOC) teams to strengthen cyber defense capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

SIEM Engineering

Design, implement, and optimize enterprise SIEM solutions.
Develop correlation rules, dashboards, alerts, and reports.
Integrate security logs from cloud, endpoints, applications, and network devices.
Improve log parsing, normalization, and threat detection capabilities.

SOAR & Automation

Develop and maintain SOAR playbooks for automated incident response.
Automate alert triage, threat intelligence enrichment, and remediation workflows.
Integrate security platforms, ticketing systems, and threat intelligence feeds.

Security Operations

Support SOC investigations and incident response.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend security improvements.
Collaborate with compliance and audit teams.
Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to SOC analysts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience.
Strong hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as:
Splunk
Microsoft Sentinel
IBM QRadar
ArcSight
Google SecOps
Experience with SOAR platforms such as Cortex XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, or IBM Resilient.
Experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.
Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and CIS Controls.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR, and Firewall technologies.
Experience working within a SOC environment is highly preferred.
