About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with billing concerns and account-related inquiries.
Promote and recommend products or services that fit customer needs.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Accurately document customer interactions.
Meet individual and team performance targets.

Qualifications

At least 18 years old

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12)
Good English communication skills
No BPO experience required – Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome!
