JOB TITLE: SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant – Cebu

WORK SETUP: Onsite in Cebu City

WORK SHIFT: Shifting

The Work

As an S/4HANA Finance Consultant, you will join a team responsible for creating detailed blueprints for S/4HANA development requirements and providing business/functional support for SAP modules—especially for ECC migration or conversions from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA.

You will handle configuration and functions in any of the following areas:

General Accounting

Controlling

Product Costing

Asset Accounting & Project Systems

Financial Supply Chain Management

Treasury & Banking

Business Planning & Consolidation

Key Responsibilities

Provide business and functional support for SAP modules, particularly in SAP S/4HANA conversion projects.

Assess impacts and gaps between current business processes/configuration vs. SAP S/4HANA, and recommend alternatives.

Develop functional/technical specifications for delta designs and tools supporting S/4HANA conversion.

Execute required system configuration for SAP S/4HANA conversion.

Lead testing processes and handle defect resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/College Degree

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SAP ERP Finance Functional Consultant

Strong understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report processes

Ability to explain dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, etc.)

Experience conducting workshops and training sessions

ECC practitioners may receive upskilling for S/4HANA implementation

Willing to travel for possible onshore requirements

Key Skills

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision

Strong team collaboration skills

Position is based in Cebu City
