Job Description
Job title: Quality Analyst
Account: Travel Sales
Type of Support: Voice
Work set up: 100% Onsite at Tech Tower, Cebu Business Park
Work shift: Shifting
Salary: up to 34K package (open for salary negotation)
Start date: ASAP
Headcount: 1
Qualifications:
Undergraduate/College Graduate, at least 2nd year completed
At least 2 to 4 years of overall experience
Should have at least 1 to 2 years experience as a Quality Analyst in providing quality monitoring feedbacks in call centre/BPO - sales domain. This is mandated.
Good communication skills
Open for local or Filipino applicants only
Not a job hopper
Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro
Recruitment Process:
