Are you a technical L&D leader ready to drive training excellence for a high-performing Helpdesk team? We are looking for a Training & Quality Manager to design cutting-edge learning solutions, lead a team of trainers, and oversee technical enablement in McKinley, Taguig!

Location: McKinley, Taguig (Onsite, Night Shift / GY)
Start Date: ASAP
Headcount: 1

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead and mentor a team of Trainers, ensuring high-quality, engaging training delivery.
* Design, deliver, and continuously evaluate tailored training programs for IT Helpdesk employees.
* Align training strategies with business goals and maintain precise training/performance records.
* Oversee technical skills training, leveraging analytics to measure program effectiveness.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* 5+ years of BPO Training or Learning & Development (L&D) experience (Required).
* 3-4 years of Training Management experience (Required).
* 5+ years of BPO or Call Center industry experience (Required).
* 2-4 years of experience in backend product support, ad tech engineering, technical integrations, or technical operations.
* Advanced level SQL proficiency (for learning analytics and performance measurement).
* Advanced technical knowledge of APIs and integrations (for technical skills training oversight).
* Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Development, or any related field.
* Experience in a SaaS environment, API-first platforms, or multi-tenant architectures is highly valued.
