Job Title: Network Security Architect

Work Location: BGC, Taguig or Makati

Work Setup: RTWO / Hybrid

Shift Schedule: Night Shift / Shifting (Requires flexibility)

Salary Range: ₱130,000 – ₱200,000 (Depending on experience)

Headcount: 1

Job Summary / Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Architect with extensive hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade network and cybersecurity infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement network and security architectures that align with enterprise security standards.

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls, VPNs, and related technologies.

Develop and enforce security policies, rule sets, and access controls for enterprise systems.

Collaborate with network, cloud, and SOC teams to ensure system integrity and compliance.

Monitor and analyze security alerts, investigate incidents, and implement preventive actions.

Perform firmware upgrades, security patching, and capacity planning for firewalls.

Lead technical investigations of network security issues and performance problems.

Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST.

Participate in 24×7 on-call support rotations and manage critical incidents when needed.

Document architectures, procedures, and incident resolutions to maintain operational transparency.

Required Skills

Minimum 8+ years of experience in network security, with at least 3 years as a Security Architect.

In-depth understanding of VPNs, IPS/IDS, SSL decryption, BGP, OSPF, and other network protocols.

Strong proficiency in network segmentation, NAT, content-ID, user-ID, and security automation scripting.

Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.

Certifications (Highly Preferred)

Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) – Highly Preferred

CISSP, CISM, CCIE Security, or equivalent certifications

Vendor certifications from Checkpoint, Zscaler, Cisco, and Cloudflare are desirable

ITIL Certification is an advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA).

Preferred Attributes

Can thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Flexible and proactive, capable of handling multiple complex tasks under minimal supervision.

Amenable to working onsite in Taguig or Makati.

Must not be a job hopper (no pattern of less than 1 year per company).

Must not be a current or former employee of TCS.
