Position: Multilingual Customer Support Specialist – Thai

Location: Quezon City, Philippines (Open to candidates willing to relocate)
Salary: ₱60,946 per month
Start Date: ASAP

Job Qualifications

Fluent in Thai with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to communicate confidently and professionally in a business environment.
Capable of understanding complex conversations, including implied meanings and context.
Working knowledge of English is required, as training and client systems are conducted in English.
Thai will be the primary language used for customer interactions.
Previous experience in Collections is highly preferred but not required.
Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is an advantage but not mandatory.
