HIRING: MIS EXECUTIVE | BPO

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Shifting
Salary: Up to 20% hike from last drawn salary + ₱2,400 allowance, depending on experience
Headcount: 1
Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or Computer Science
2–4 years of MIS/Reporting experience in a BPO environment
At least 2 years’ experience supporting Contact Center or WFM Operations
Strong experience in Excel-based reporting and dashboard creation
Knowledge of Contact Center/WFM metrics is preferred

Recruitment Process
