Thai Language Specialist | Collections / Order-to-Cash (O2C) | Quezon City

Work Location: Quezon City (Applicants outside Metro Manila must be willing to relocate.)
Salary: Up to ₱60,946/month
Start Date: ASAP

Join Our Team as a Thai Language Specialist

We are looking for fluent Thai-speaking professionals who can confidently communicate in a business environment and support finance and customer operations. Candidates with experience in Collections or the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process are highly encouraged to apply.

This role is ideal for bilingual professionals with strong communication skills who are looking to grow their career in a global organization.

Key Qualifications

Required

Native or near-native fluency in Thai (spoken and written).
Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with Thai-speaking customers.
Strong comprehension of complex conversations and the ability to interpret implied meanings.
Working knowledge of English, as training, documentation, and internal systems are in English.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
Applicants outside Quezon City must be willing to relocate.

Preferred

Previous experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or customer-facing finance operations.
Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
Experience in a BPO, shared services, or multinational company.
