Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer – Software Engineer

Location: Makati City, Philippines

Job Description:
We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform development. The role involves designing, developing, configuring, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom components, plugins, workflows, integrations, and Dataverse. The developer will collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, and technical leads throughout the software development lifecycle while ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality CRM solutions.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development experience.
Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
Experience with Dataverse and API/integration development.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
Experience with system integrations, data handling, solution deployment, and software development lifecycle.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
Azure, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps experience is preferred.

Important Notes

Prioritize candidates with strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
Relevant Dynamics 365 project experience must be clearly highlighted in the CV.
Candidates must be amenable to working in Makati City.
Work setup is currently TBD – onsite/hybrid.
Candidates should be available for the mid-shift schedule starting at 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM PHT.
Candidates should have practical experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization, Dataverse, and API/integration development.
