About the Role

We are looking for a Data Platform Engineer – Salesforce CRM Analytics to contribute to the design and development of data platform components and support seamless integration across multiple systems.

The role involves working closely with Integration Architects, Data Architects, and other stakeholders to align data platform blueprints, data models, and integration requirements. You will also contribute to platform optimization, troubleshooting, best practices, and team-level technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the data platform blueprint and design, including relevant platform components.
Collaborate with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the team to deliver technical solutions.
Participate in and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions to technical problems across teams.
Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
Support the development and implementation of data platform best practices.
Monitor project progress and assist in resolving technical or execution-related challenges.
Analyze complex data flows and identify opportunities to improve platform performance.
Support data integration and data modeling activities across systems.
Help ensure data quality, accessibility, and consistency across integrated platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve data platform issues efficiently.
Contribute to the evolving requirements and operational needs of the data platform environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Expert proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Strong understanding of data integration techniques and platform architecture.
Experience with data modeling and maintaining data quality across systems.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and operational frameworks.
Strong ability to analyze complex data flows and optimize platform performance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Strong communication and knowledge-sharing skills.
Experience working as an SME or contributing to team-level technical decisions is preferred.
