Job Title: Lead Microsoft 365 Architect & Developer
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite) | Ortigas, Pasig
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Microsoft 365 Architect & Developer to drive the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and integrated Microsoft 365 solutions. This role plays a critical part in enhancing enterprise knowledge management systems by leveraging SharePoint Online, advanced taxonomy frameworks, and automation tools to improve collaboration, searchability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop SharePoint Online site templates, page templates, and custom web parts using SPFx.
- Architect and implement integrations with enterprise taxonomy systems and Microsoft 365 services using APIs and automation tools.
- Configure governance and provisioning frameworks to ensure compliance, scalability, and standardization.
- Build workflows and automation to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
- Lead solution design discussions, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Conduct functional testing, support UAT, and resolve defects to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, and provide training to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, future-ready solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- At least 7+ years of experience in Microsoft ecosystem development, with strong focus on SharePoint/M365 integrations.
- Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Graph API, and PowerShell scripting.
- Proven experience in API integration, enterprise search, taxonomy management, and M365 governance tools.
- Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
