HIRING: HR Shared Service – Global Payroll Manager

Work Setup: Hybrid (Taguig – Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3)

Shift Schedule: Morning Shift

Rest Days: Weekends Off

Role Overview:

The Global Payroll Manager will oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple geographies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role focuses on operational excellence, process improvement, and team leadership within the HR Shared Services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute global payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Demonstrate deep understanding of payroll and benefits operations for multiple regions.

Drive Operational Excellence initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

Monitor process metrics (SLA, OLA, KPI) and collaborate with Service Management on performance reporting.

Identify, escalate, and resolve quality or scope issues that may impact delivery.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans in coordination with BCM and IT teams.

Develop logical project plans with realistic timelines and document progress, issues, and agreements accurately.

Skills and Qualifications:

At least 7 years of Global Payroll experience, with 5 years in a leadership capacity

Proficient in SAP Payroll systems (mandatory)

Strong background in Philippine payroll, taxes, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR)

Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Must not be a job hopper (should have stayed at least 1 year per company)

No long employment gaps

Not a former or current employee of Accenture

Must be a resident of the Philippines and eligible to work locally

Open to college undergraduates with relevant experience

Additional Preferences:

Preferably residing in or near Taguig, Quezon City, Boni, or Muntinlupa (1–1.5 hours travel time max)

Applications from Laguna, Batangas, or farther south are not preferred

Preferably currently employed and seeking a stable, long-term opportunity

Should not have any side business or plans to start one soon

Must be willing to relocate close to the office before hiring or offer extension
