Payroll Team Lead (SAP Payroll | Leadership | End-to-End Payroll Operations)

We're seeking an experienced Payroll Team Lead to oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, and drive continuous process improvements. If you have strong SAP Payroll expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for operational excellence, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the payroll team, serving as the primary escalation point for payroll and employee concerns.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including gross-to-net calculations, statutory deductions, commissions, bonuses, and employee payments.
Oversee payroll audits, general ledger (GL) feeds, payroll reporting, and post-payroll activities.
Coordinate payroll-related submissions to banks, government agencies, and external vendors.
Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and compliance with payroll policies and regulations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve service delivery targets, KPIs, and business objectives.
Support strategic planning, workforce development, and performance management within the team.
Qualifications
7–8+ years of experience in payroll operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll is required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
Experience managing payroll compliance, audits, and reporting.
