Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Senior Staff Accountant** to join a dynamic finance team. In this role, you will perform complex accounting functions, prepare financial reports, support month-end and year-end close activities, and contribute to process improvements within the accounting function. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

* Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

* Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and variances.

* Handle large datasets and perform data manipulation for financial reporting and analysis.

* Prepare financial statements and other reporting deliverables.

* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting and finance initiatives.

* Contribute to process improvements and automation within the finance function.

* Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in **Accounting**.

* Minimum of **4 years' accounting experience**.

* Strong accounting knowledge.

* Experience handling **large datasets and data manipulation**.

* Experience with **General Ledger Management**.

* Preparation of **Journal Entries**.

* Account Reconciliation.

* Financial Reporting.

* Preparation of **Trial Balance**.

* Strong understanding of **Balance Sheet** and **Profit & Loss Statements**.

* Knowledge of **Contra Asset Accounts**.

* Accrual Accounting.

* Preparation of Invoices.

* Support for Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Close.

* Financial Analysis.

* Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

* Strong knowledge of **Pivot Tables** (must be able to demonstrate step-by-step).

* Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
* CPA is preferred (qualified non-CPA candidates are encouraged to apply).

* Experience using ERP systems such as **SAP** or similar.

* Experience with multi-currency bank reconciliations.

* Experience handling Zero Bank Balance accounts.
