Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CSR) | Teleperformance – EDSA Central

Job Qualifications:
High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
At least 12 months Healthcare Account Customer Service Experience (CCE) in a BPO setting
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite at EDSA Central
Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound healthcare-related customer inquiries
Assist members with benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing concerns
Provide accurate information while maintaining quality service standards
Document customer interactions in the system
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Package: Up to ₱27,000
