Job title: Financial Assistance Team Leader
Account: UK Financial Collections
Work set up: 100% Onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City
Work shift: Shifting schedules, UK time
Salary: Up to 60,625 basic + 2400 allowance depending on the length of tenure as an agent
*Joining Bonus of 40K
Start date: ASAP
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-5 years of relevant experience
•Leadership, compliance knowledge, strong communication.
• Previous experience of providing effective one-to-one coaching to internal colleagues is highly desirable.
• Skilled in providing bespoke support to vulnerable customers.
• Proven track record in providing support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears
• Demonstrated proficiency in undertaking complex financial support, litigation and receivership activities.
Responsibilities:
•Within this role, you will professionally and effectively collect and recover arrears and manage cases in default, whilst adhering to all Collections policies and procedures.
•Manage team of advisors, oversee recoveries, handle escalations, liaise with legal and field agents, ensure compliance.
•Completing case reviews to ensure correct action has been taken and feedback provided where necessary.
•Providing guidance and oversight for the third party suppliers managing our cases in recovery.
•Identifying root causes and future barriers.
•Dealing with complaint escalations
