*ABOUT THE ROLE:*

We are hiring for *Financial Account Opening at Concentrix IT Park!* This is an onsite customer service role supporting financial / banking customers. Open to High School graduates with BPO experience.

- Handle customer inquiries related to financial accounts via phone, chat, or email

- Assist with account concerns, billing, transactions, and service requests

- Provide accurate information and excellent customer experience

- Document all interactions properly in the system

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

- Meet targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

*WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:*

- At least High School graduate with minimum 6 months BPO experience - HS grads with BPO exp can apply!

- Good communication skills and customer service oriented

- Willing to work onsite at Concentrix IT Park - Onsite setup

- Able to work shifting schedule if required
