We are currently looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing BPO team. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career in the BPO industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account concerns
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain quality customer interactions while meeting performance metrics
Document customer concerns and transactions accurately
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Qualifications:
At least High School graduate old curriculum and Senior High School Graduate
With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
Excellent English communication skills
Strong problem-solving
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
Basic computer navigation skills required
