LOCATION: Taguig City

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

HEADCOUNT: 15 Openings

START DATE: June 16

SALARY: Up to ₱40,000


Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives with an Insurance background to join our Insurance Brokerage account as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The successful candidate will provide advanced support, handle complex customer concerns, and serve as a resource for insurance-related processes and best practices.


Key Responsibilities

- Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations.

- Provide expert support on insurance policies, billing, premiums, and servicing.

- Assist team members with process clarification and issue resolution.

- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company standards.

- Review customer cases for accuracy and quality.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.

- Deliver exceptional customer experience while meeting performance targets.


Minimum Qualifications

- College Graduate with at least 12 months BPO experience; OR

- Completed at least 2 years of college with at least 18 months BPO experience.


Required Experience

Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following:

- Insurance Brokerage

- Non-Life Insurance

- Property & Casualty Insurance

- Policy Servicing

- Billing Management

- Premium Processing

- Insurance Customer Support


Preferred Skills

- Strong insurance industry knowledge.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle escalations and complex customer concerns.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience mentoring or supporting team members is an advantage.


Ideal Candidate

- Insurance-focused professional with strong customer service expertise.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

- Comfortable serving as a subject matter resource for insurance-related processes.

- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
