Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Architect – SAP LE Transportation in Cebu to support business transformation and technology-enabled solutions within transportation and logistics operations. The role involves assessing existing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, gathering high-level requirements, designing effective business solutions, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will act as an SAP LE Transportation Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate with business and technical teams, and help ensure successful delivery of scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

SAP LE Transportation SME: Act as a Subject Matter Expert in SAP LE Transportation, work independently, support team decisions, and provide solutions to complex business and technical challenges.
Business Process Analysis: Evaluate transportation and logistics processes, identify business gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements & Solution Design: Gather and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technology-enabled solutions and technical specifications.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple business and technical teams, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment between business objectives, solution design, and project outcomes.
Transformation & Team Development: Support business case development and strategic initiatives while mentoring team members, promoting knowledge sharing, and driving continuous improvement.

Required Skills

SAP LE Transportation – Expert proficiency and hands-on experience with SAP Logistics Execution Transportation.
Transportation & Logistics Management – Strong understanding of supply chain, transportation management, and logistics processes.
Business Solution Design – Experience designing and implementing SAP-integrated enterprise business solutions.
Business Requirements & Process Modeling – Ability to analyze complex requirements, develop process models, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management – Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SAP LE Transportation.
Strong knowledge of transportation management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
Experience working with enterprise SAP solutions and business transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently as an SME and contribute to cross-functional teams.
Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup in Cebu with a shifting/rotational schedule.
Applicants should be currently in the Philippines with the appropriate right to live and work in the count

Important Notes

Minimum 3 years of SAP LE Transportation experience is required.
Expert proficiency in SAP LE Transportation is mandatory.
