Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱47,000/month
Sign-On Bonus: ₱60,000

What We’re Looking For

2nd year college and above
At least 1 year recent B2B Collections experience in a BPO
At least 1 year recent OTC (Order-to-Cash) experience
At least 1 year recent Accounts Receivable (A/R) experience
B2B Collections + OTC + A/R experience must be recent 2026 BPO experience
No employment gaps
No AWOL history
At least 12 months tenure with previous employers
Must be eligible for the ₱60K Sign-On Bonus
Current/former EXL employees are not eligible

Important: Recent B2B Collections, OTC, and A/R experience in a BPO environment is required.
