About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer – Technology Architect (Microsoft Intune) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise endpoint management solutions, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security across the organization's environment.

You will play a key role in driving the transition from traditional on-premises device management to modern cloud-native endpoint management using Microsoft Intune. This position requires a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams in delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Intune.
Design and implement scalable endpoint management architecture.
Lead the organization's migration from on-premises imaging to cloud-native device management.
Design and implement Windows Autopilot (Zero-Touch Provisioning) solutions.
Develop and maintain Intune tenant structure, device groups, naming conventions, and policies.
Establish application packaging, testing, deployment, and update procedures across enterprise devices.
Architect and support Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) environments, including:
- Site planning and distribution strategy
- Discovery and gap analysis
- Migration planning and consolidation
- Task sequence design
Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and endpoint management issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership on key initiatives.
Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications

Required

Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise endpoint management or application support.
Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
Strong experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
Experience with Microsoft 365 endpoint management.
Proven experience in Windows Autopilot and Zero-Touch Provisioning.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience designing cloud-native endpoint management solutions.
Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements.

Preferred

Experience migrating enterprise environments from SCCM to Microsoft Intune.
Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments and Microsoft endpoint management best practices.
Experience designing enterprise tenant structures and governance.
Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
