Overview:

We are a leading company in the renewable energy sector, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting service operations, managing contractor coordination, and ensuring efficient administrative and financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the scheduling of both ad-hoc and planned service works safely and efficiently.

Raise purchase orders for contractors and vendors against the correct service cases.

Handle quoting and invoicing customers for unplanned service works and repairs.

Arrange onsite contractor inductions using designated online portals.

Create and manage service cases within a NetSuite system.

Engage and coordinate with appropriate local contractors for service work.

Assist in managing contractor safety documentation and site access permissions.

Process invoicing for warranty claims as required.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience.

Proven experience with the Microsoft Office Package is required.

Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite is a mandatory requirement.

Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.

Experience in the renewable energy industry is a strong advantage.

Experience in third-party contractor management is highly regarded.

Must demonstrate stable employment history.
