Job Title: Analyst – Application Engineer (Hybrid Analyst – Business + IT)
Location: Makati City
Work Setup: Hybrid
Work Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Experience: 5–7 years
Salary: PHP 100,000 – 108,000/month
Headcount: 3

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Analyst / Application Engineer who can work across both business and IT functions. The role acts as a bridge between business requirements and technology solutions, supporting application development, troubleshooting, testing, system integration, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, program managers, solution architects, and technology teams.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internally developed and vendor applications.
Diagnose and resolve application-related incidents and system issues.
Work with .NET/C# applications and REST APIs.
Support application integration, optimization, stability, and performance.
Assist with Azure App Services, Functions, and Azure DevOps environments.
Collaborate with engineering and IT support teams to maintain business continuity.
Define and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Develop and maintain regression test suites and test scenarios.
Support test automation and integration of testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Manage Business-to-UAT testing, validation, and sign-off.
Ensure quality gates are met before releases and UAT handover.

Technical Skills

Strong experience with .NET / C# applications.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns.
Familiarity with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Testing & Quality Engineering

Experience with functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Experience designing test scenarios aligned with business workflows.
Knowledge of test automation and CI/CD integration.
Experience with UAT, validation, and sign-off processes.
