Job Summary

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer with expert-level experience in IBM z/OS Systems Administration. The role involves system administration, performance tuning, optimization, troubleshooting, and supporting mainframe environments while collaborating with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Collaborate with and manage team performance.
Take responsibility for team-level decisions.
Work with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
Provide solutions to complex technical issues.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring.
