Location: Paranaque, Philippines (Hybrid – 3x onsite per week)
Shift: Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Work Setup: Hybrid

About the Role

Are you an SAP OTC expert with a passion for leading end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive business process optimization while solving complex technical challenges?

We are looking for a SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Transportation Management (TM) Lead Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders across the region to define requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements that drive real business value.

If you have deep expertise in SAP SD, TM, Vistex DMP, and FSCM Credit Management, and you're ready to take ownership of both project implementations and production support, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Lead Business Analysis & Solution Design

Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders across the region
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems specifications
Perform feasibility studies and risk/benefit analysis for proposed solutions
Drive discussions and presentations with regional teams and decision-makers

Configure & Implement SAP Solutions

Configure the SAP SD/TM system according to approved solutions
Manage transport requests and peer-review configurations
Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects
Coordinate with the ABAP and Authorization teams for development and security

Drive End-to-End Project Delivery

Lead full-cycle implementations and system rollouts
Develop test plans, test cases, and coordinate UAT and integration testing
Prepare and maintain documentation (configuration, business procedures, training materials)
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables

Provide Production Support

Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs
Handle user inquiries and provide how-to guidance
Complete routine and maintenance requests
Track, resolve, and close service tickets

Optimize & Innovate

Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
Propose solutions to enhance system performance and cost efficiencies
Stay current with SAP best practices and emerging technologies

What You'll Bring

Minimum Qualifications

Education: BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: 5 to 10 years of SAP SD and LE-Transportation consulting experience
Language: Business-fluent English

Core SAP SD/TM Expertise

End-to-end Order-to-Cash process knowledge:
- Sales Order Management
- Delivery Processing
- Billing, E-invoicing, Intercompany Billing, DMS
- Pricing and Output Determination
- ATP, Batch & Serial Management
- Returns Handling
- Shipment Costing
SAP SD and TM Master Data
IDOC, BAPI, LSMW
FIORI Apps
Functional Specification creation for RICEFW

Specialized Skills (Highly Preferred)

SAP Vistex DMP (Data Maintenance for Pricing)
SAP FSCM Credit Management
SD Integration with MM, FI, and EWM

Technical Advantage

ABAP debugging skills for functional consultants
Exposure to Odata, Webservices (SPROXY, SOAP), and middleware/interfaces
Knowledge of BAPI/Odata/Function Module for automation (RPA/Workato)

Experience & Soft Skills

At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations/roll-outs
Strong troubleshooting skills for production support
Analytical, resourceful, and self-directed
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Knowledge of Agile methodology (advantageous but not required)
