Vendor Management Lead | Hybrid | Night Shift
Location: BGC Taguig / Makati
Salary: ₱130K–₱200K
Experience: 10–12 years
Key Skills: ITIL, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Coordination
Must Have:
10–12 yrs in vendor onboarding & performance management
ITIL 4 or V3 certification
Strong communication & contract management skills
Experience handling multiple vendors, SLAs & KPIs
Good to Have:
SIAM, ServiceNow or ITSM tools
Responsibilities:
Define & manage vendor processes
Monitor SLA/KPI adherence
Lead governance meetings & drive performance improvement
Note:
Open to work in Taguig or Makati (Hybrid)
Stable work history required.
