USRN Trainer | U.S. Healthcare Account
Are you an experienced U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing clinical talent? Join our growing team and play a critical role in preparing healthcare professionals for success in high-impact U.S. healthcare programs.
As a USRN Trainer, you will lead the delivery of engaging clinical training programs, develop learning content, assess competency, and ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare standards. What You'll Do
Deliver High-Impact Clinical Training
Facilitate New Hire Training (NHT) for U.S. healthcare programs including:
Utilization Management (UM)
Case Management (CM)
Clinical Appeals
Triage
Claims Review
Conduct instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training sessions using adult learning methodologies.
Prepare new hires for operational readiness by ensuring competency in clinical processes, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
Design and Enhance Learning Programs
Develop and maintain engaging training materials, case studies, simulations, assessments, and reference guides.
Ensure training content remains aligned with:
Client requirements
U.S. healthcare standards
HIPAA regulations
Clinical guidelines and best practices
Partner with Operations, Quality, and Client stakeholders to continuously improve training effectiveness.
Coach, Mentor, and Evaluate Learners
Conduct knowledge assessments, certification activities, and clinical competency evaluations.
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement support.
Support nesting, shadowing, and transition-to-production activities to help learners succeed in live operations.
Drive Compliance and Quality Excellence
Maintain accurate training records, evaluation reports, and performance documentation.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards, HIPAA requirements, and organizational policies.
Prepare training reports and performance insights for key stakeholders.
Support Continuous Improvement
Identify learning gaps and deliver targeted refresher or upskilling sessions.
Participate in training audits, calibration sessions, and client reviews.
Contribute to initiatives that enhance instructional quality, training effectiveness, and clinical accuracy.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) License
Minimum 2–3 years of clinical bedside experience (ER, ICU, Telemetry, Med-Surg, or related specialty)
At least 1 year of USRN Trainer experience within a BPO or U.S. Healthcare account
Experience supporting programs such as:
Utilization Management
Case Management
Clinical Appeals
Triage
Claims Review
Strong knowledge of:
MCG/Milliman
InterQual
HIPAA regulations
U.S. healthcare systems and medical terminology
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Learning & Development, Clinical Education, or Instructional Design
Knowledge of curriculum development and adult learning methodologies
Experience creating training materials, assessments, and learning programs
