Job Title: US Human Resource Specialist
Work set up: Hybrid in McKinley Hills, (2 to 3x per week)
Salary: PHP 30,000 - PHP 35,000
Work schedule: Night shift
Headcount: 7
Non-negotiable qualifications:
• Graduate with any degree
• Years of Experience: At least 2-3 years’ experience with US HR, US Leave management (IFMLA, CFMLA) US Termination Monitoring and US Benefits is required
• at least some experience in HR Shared Services or HR Outsourcing.
• Should have experience leading or coaching teams
• Experience/knowledge of PeopleSoft HR and Oracle modules is an asset
• Good communication skills in English
• Critical Thinking, Analytical Skills and Decision-making Skills
• Must be amenable to work in Taguig - Hybrid Set-up
• Reject applicants with frequent job switching or serial job-hoppers
• Must not currently or formerly be employed with CGI
• No active recent application with CGI
• Amenable to graveyard schedule
