Purpose:

Develop, maintain, and architect Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, integrate with existing systems and third-party applications, troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, build business cases, and support enhancements. Reports to International or senior National Staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solutions Design & Delivery

Understand client needs and recommend solutions.
Design, implement, and maintain solutions; ensure alignment with IT strategy and architecture.
Lead delivery using Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, CI/CD.
Guide developers and support engineers on design and defect resolution.
Track client feedback for satisfaction.

2. Knowledge Management

Create and maintain technical and platform documentation (e.g., RDD, SDD, SLTO, TSMP).

3. Continuous Improvement & Compliance

Identify improvements and recommend enhancements.
Analyze architectures for compliance with enterprise standards.
Conduct system security assessments to protect data.

Experience & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Management.
Experience: 5+ years in Power Platform and SharePoint (development, architecture, rollout, maintenance, migration).
Technical Skills:

Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Power Pages)
SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Server/Client Object Models, Plugins, Workflow Development
.NET, C#, Visual Studio, JavaScript (Angular, React, jQuery), HTML, CSS, REST, XML, JSON, SQL
CRM SDK preferred

Other Skills:

Solution/enterprise architecture experience
Requirement analysis and business process re-engineering
Agile methodologies and product management
Strong problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills

Additional Requirements:

Stable employment history (no frequent job-hopping)
Not a current/former TCS employee
