About the Role:

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Assistant Manager for our premium Travel Account in MOA Pasay. If you are a dynamic, energetic sales leader with strong BPO sales experience, this is your chance to lead a high-performing team!

Role: Assistant Manager for Outbound Sales - Travel Account

Location: MOA, Pasay - Onsite

Work Setup: Graveyard Shift / Onsite

Your Role:

Lead, manage, and motivate Team Leaders and sales agents to hit and exceed outbound sales targets

Drive overall sales performance through effective coaching and KPI management

Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement winning sales strategies

Create and present performance reports and collaborate with clients and stakeholders

Inspire and develop your team to reach their full potential

Who were looking for:

5 to 8 years of BPO Sales experience required

At least 2 to 3 years managing Team Leaders / at Assistant Manager level

Strong background in Outbound Sales, team coaching, and driving sales KPIs

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Energetic and engaging - client requirement

Background in Travel & Hospitality - cruise lines / hotels experience is a big plus

Willing to work 100% onsite in MOA Pasay - Graveyard shift

Can start ASAP
