Job title: Training Manager(Mortgage and Insurance)
Budget: 110K standard budget.
Work location: Alphaland, Makati
Work Arrangement: Work On Site

Hiring Requirements:
•At least 2-3 years of BPO experience as an Assistant Training Manager or equivalent in Banking Domain (Insurance and Mortgage)
•Graduate with a bachelor’s degree
•C1 and above language profile
•Certifications in training and development are a plus

•Understanding of BFSI products and services
•Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various training methodologies
Training Needs Analysis
•Expertise in identifying training needs through various methods
•Ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, measure ROI, and make data-driven improvements
Quality Assurance (QA) & Performance Management
•Understanding of how training impacts quality and performance metrics.
•Ability to work with QA and operations teams to align training with business goals and compliance standards
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Organizational & Time Management
•Exceptional organizational skills, ability to plan, manage time, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
