JOB REQUIREMENTS

Advanced experience in Articulate Rise 360 (at least 1 year, and must be indicated on CV)
Experience in creating storylines and content writing (at least 1 year, and must be indicated on CV)
Ability to analyze employee learning needs and collaborate with SMEs and business leaders for course content input
Experience in planning and coordinating skills assessments and training
Ability to provide guidance to trainers and facilitate training during the introduction of new courses
Experience developing and monitoring metrics to evaluate training and development effectiveness
May include designing computer-based training programs
May involve selecting and/or managing vendors for training content development or training delivery
Strong background as a Content Designer in a corporate environment.

Years of Experience in Articulate Rise 360 (must be 1+ year):
Years of Experience in Storyline Creation & Content Writing (must be 1+ year):
Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Yes / No
Experience partnering with SMEs: Yes / No
Experience in skills assessment & training coordination:
Experience guiding/facilitating training sessions:
Experience in designing computer-based training (CBT):
